Over the years, we have arranged a lot of teambuilding activities at CF1701, and we are currently coming up with new ideas for how this would look and work.
Game hunting is one of them!
Game hunting on your own private island, the ultimate upscale teambuilding event where luxury and new horizons are the key words. Take your team to the ideal place to talk strategy and business before going hunting for small game, skeet shooting, or sea kayaking. We work with the ultimate little luxury ‘place away from home and work’ where you can enjoy nature and good food – even in combination as you have the opportunity to go back to your roots and cook your dinner over an open fire. Relax with a drink in front of the fireplace, before retiring to your luxury bedroom. We guarantee, you will wake up refreshed, ready for a new day of business.
The sky is the limit when it comes to teambuilding. Here are some of our favorite activities, which are suitable for most groups:
Mountain biking, the action packed way of letting out steam that also shows you a lot about your team’s spirit. The activity can be tailored to fit all participants – we always make sure there is room for everybody! We can arrange for the activity to be filmed, and the movie can be a fun memorabilia from the event or even be used for commercial purposes.
3D puzzle, a game of learning and communicating to achieve good and strong relations among colleagues and between departments. If you prefer an activity that can be carried out in the meeting room, this is ideal, and it requires no change of clothes.
‘Mix your own welcome drink’, our cocktail class is a fun way to get your team ‘stirred, not shaken’ (pun intended). Most of our clients who have conferences that last a day and a half, include a teambuilding activity in the program – and cocktail classes are a big hit right now.
Our professional bartender will teach you a new twist on your favorite drinks in an entertaining and educating way, and the participants will get recipes to recreate at home. And cocktails can easily be made without alcohol if you prefer.
To add an element of competition to your cocktail class, you can divide the group into teams who will compete about making the best signature drink where the colors of your logo as well as your company values are incorporated. The cocktail class is the perfect way to get teams mingling and set the scene before dinner.
Cooking school, where your team gets a chance to show off their cooking skills while having a good time – did you know that John from Finance had those knife skills!? Whether the participants cook a full three course meal or show their flair for grilling the perfect steak, everybody will have a great time while improving their cooperation – something they will be able to use once back in the office
These are just a few examples of the activities and possibilites we have in our portfolio. They can all be adjusted to fit your clients as well as your teams.
Teambuilding can be used for several purposes to enhance your event. Use an activity to break up a long day of seminars or perhaps shake up your participants’ view of the world. Start with an interactive icebreaker or top your day off by letting the team do something exciting.
