The Baltic countries are interesting meeting wise, and we recently visited Latvia for get to know its capital Riga and it surroundings better – a very green city with a beautiful skyline.
There are many advantages in having your meeting in one of the Baltic countries: It is inexpensive (compared to Denmark), there are direct flights, and the cities and the nature is very beautiful. This means that the demand for having events here is rising as it is a new and exotic destination for many people, but that you need to be aware of the obvious Russian influence.
Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania all have great potential and have shown that they are interesting meeting destinations – each with its own distinct identity, atmosphere, and culture.
